Limited Edition Blends

August, 2006:This year, the intrepid John Tolle managed to unearth not one, but two special batches of pipeweed. They are presented as “Shelob's Lair” and “Isengard.” Only 325 tins of each blend were produced.

Shelob's Lair: Discovered under stone icicles inside Lava Caves, this Hobbit weed is from the Lord of Mordor's secrest stash, which was well guardd by Shelob. Formed 700,000 years ago, the mile and a half deep caves are near Heart's Prarie outside of Flagstaff, Arizona. This pipeweed contains a large measure of rare Eastern leaf, Latakia from Cyprus Shire, and deep, red Virginias.

Isengard: Unearthed after years of erosion, this pipe wed was found on a dig for the entrance to Saruman's Domain, Isengard, the very spot Merry and Pippin sat among the rubble. Aged for thousands of years, a mere 325 tins were found atop Sedona's largest vortex point at Cathedral Rock. Smoky black Latakia is sweetened with several fine New World tobaccos, and spiced with just a touch of exotic leaf from the Orient.
